About these terms

These terms explain the general conditions for using the VulmiLight online store at vulmilight.com. Please read the product details, delivery information and returns information before placing an order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

We aim to describe products accurately. Designs, colours, sizes, power options, accessories and safety information vary by product; check each listing before ordering. The appearance of colours may vary between screens. Please use lighting products only in accordance with their included instructions and safety guidance.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in the currency presented at checkout, with any applicable delivery charges and other mandatory costs disclosed before the order is placed. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance: we may contact you if a product is unavailable or if an obvious error needs correction. Any refund due following cancellation by us will be made using the applicable payment arrangements.

Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by the payment providers shown there, according to their terms and applicable law.

Delivery

Delivery options, destinations, costs and estimates are presented at checkout and in the current delivery information. Your statutory rights regarding timely delivery remain unaffected. If no delivery date is agreed, UK consumer law generally requires delivery within 30 days, subject to legal exceptions.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

For most goods bought online, UK consumers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after receiving their goods and a further 14 days to return them, subject to applicable exceptions. Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are separate and are not restricted by this cooling-off period.

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or attempt unauthorised access. Website content is supplied for shopping and informational purposes; product images and written content may not be reused commercially without appropriate permission.
